Description We are seeking an associate attorney to support a national law firm (AM Law 200) recognized for providing top-tier legal services. We are seeking a passionate and motivated candidate that will assist with all phases of litigation on class action and complex environmental cases. Responsibilities: + Assist with all aspects of our complex litigation, including but not limited to case strategy development, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing e-discovery. + Collaborate and consistently communicate with senior attorneys, clients, opposing counsels, court personnel, and experts. + Gather and assemble high-volume e-discovery. + Ensure strict adherence to ethical and confidentiality guidelines. + Conduct investigations to obtain detailed case-related information. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. + Admitted and in good standing to the Georgia State Bar. + Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in environmental law and/or complex commercial litigation. + Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to manage multi-faceted case handling with strong attention to detail. + Candidates must have extensive e-discovery experience. + Strong proficiency in time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
