Description Litigation Attorney Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation firm, is seeking a 3 plus years’ Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. Prior experience with insurance litigation, medical malpractice, and casualty defense litigation would be strongly preferred. A writing sample demonstrating strong research and writing skills will be required. Clerkship experience that demonstrates strong research and writing skills would be highly preferred for this position. The firm offers a competitive compensation, bonus twice a year, a remote work situation, and a very competitive benefits package. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer • Proficiency in Case Management Software • Proficient in Document Management • Experience in drafting and briefing legal documents • Demonstrated expertise in Civil Litigation • Experience in Complex Commercial Litigation • Knowledge of Civil Rights Litigation laws and procedures • Ability to manage Litigation - Defense cases • Experience in handling Medical Malpractice cases • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and strict deadlines • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
