Description Personal Injury Attorney Robert Half has partnered with a premier personal injury law firm on the search for an Associate Attorney to join their growing team on a direct-hire basis. This Associate Attorney will be working under the direction of a Partner in handling all aspects of personal injury cases, ranging from pre-suit through trial. 1+ year of litigation experience is required, ideally within the scope of plaintiffs’ personal injury. Requirements • Proficiency in using Case Management Software to organize and manage legal cases effectively • Ability to efficiently handle Document Management for maintaining and organizing legal records • Demonstrated skills in Briefing to present complex legal information succinctly • Extensive experience in Civil Litigation, handling disputes between parties in courts • Expertise in Claim Administration, managing and resolving claims in a timely manner • Excellent Complaint Handling skills, responding to client issues and resolving disputes professionally • Experience in Personal Injury Litigation, representing clients who have sustained personal injuries • Skill in Preparing Pleadings, drafting formal written statements for court cases • Proven ability in Arguing Motions, presenting reasons for or against a court action • Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Procedure, understanding the rules and processes of civil court cases • Strong capability in Medical Records Analysis, interpreting and analyzing medical data for legal cases Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
