Description We are seeking a Title Attorney to join our team located in downtown Balitmore. This role provides a contracted employment opportunity in the legal sector, with a focus on real estate and property law. Responsibilities: • Draft and review various legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and releases associated with real estate transactions. • Manage the creation of title abstracts, and provide advice on legal aspects related to real property title. • Review legal instruments and opinions drafted by other attorneys and provide guidance on legal requirements in connection with titles. • Participate in the search and examination of land records, and write opinions on titles. • Provide legal support in coordinating development activities with Community Organizations, inter-agency and intra-agency divisions, and other partners. Requirements Successful candidates will have: • MD bar license in good standing • Proficiency in using Case Management Software • Ability to handle Document Management effectively • Experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation • Proven skills in Complaint Handling • Knowledge of Lease Abstracts and Real Property • Expertise in Drafting legal documents and performing Document Review • Experience in drafting and reviewing Contracts • Ability to prepare and interpret Deeds • Knowledge in Real Estate law and Title • Ability to provide accurate Legal Opinions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
