Description Mid-sized firm with multiple locations is seeking a workers compensation attorney to join their growing team in San Bernadino, California. The selected candidate will be expected to provide high-quality legal representation and will work closely with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal representation in workers' compensation cases • Maintain good standing with the California State Bar • Utilize excellent communication, research, and analytical skills to effectively handle cases • Engage in court appearances as required for case proceedings • Work well in a busy but congenial environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration • Travel as needed to meet with clients or attend court hearings • Handle related insurance claims, providing expertise and guidance • Ensure solid legal knowledge and excellent client service as part of our legal team • Actively communicate with a diverse community of clients, attorneys, and staff • Stay updated with changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in Workers Compensation is essential. • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Workers Comp Law. • Must be comfortable with and experienced in Court Appearances. • Should have a solid background in handling Insurance Claims.
