Description We are in search of a proficient Attorney/Lawyer to join our legal team. This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, within the legal industry. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be tasked with handling all aspects of civil litigation, from disclosures and discovery to depositions and trial preparation. You will also need to manage a busy and varied docket while delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities • Handle all phases of civil litigation, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to established procedures. • Conduct comprehensive disclosures and discovery processes, obtaining necessary information for each case. • Prepare and conduct depositions, collecting valuable testimonies to aid in the resolution of cases. • Manage a busy and varied docket, making sure each case receives the necessary attention and action. • Prepare for trials meticulously, ensuring all evidence, testimonies, and legal arguments are ready and compelling. • Make regular court appearances, representing clients and presenting their cases effectively. • Deliver exceptional client service, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a supportive and efficient work environment. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil litigation procedures and regulations. • Ensure adherence to the State Bar of Arizona membership requirements. Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Must be an active member in good standing with the Bar • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer • Experience in Civil Litigation is required • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Strong understanding of legal terminology and court system • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships • Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases effectively • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
