Description We are seeking a skilled Florida Licensed Attorney/Lawyer to join our detail-oriented Services industry team located in Aventura, Florida, United States. This role is a contract employment opportunity, where the chosen candidate will be deeply involved in engaging tasks such as legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigation processes. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation • Draft a range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and other court filings • Actively participate in Commercial Litigation and Complex Business Litigation processes • Manage Probate Litigation matters with utmost precision and diligence • Assist in the preparation of case strategies and legal arguments • Ensure timely and accurate drafting of legal documents and paperwork • Work together with other team members to ensure effective case management • Stay updated with the latest legal trends and changes in laws applicable to the industry • Provide legal advice and recommendations as required • Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer in a detail-oriented services industry. • Proficiency in Commercial Litigation is required. • Demonstrated experience in Complex Business Litigation is essential. • Familiarity and experience with Probate Litigation is a plus. • Must be adept at general Litigation practices. • Should possess strong skills in Legal Research. • Proven ability in Drafting legal content. • Experience in drafting Legal Documents is necessary. • Should have the ability to draft Pleadings effectively. • Must be capable of drafting Motions with precision. • Experience in drafting various legal documents is essential. Must be Licensed in Florida and in good standing.
