Description Boutique California law firm is seeking a senior litigation attorney to join their team on a remote basis. This role will play a crucial role in handling federal court cases and managing matters independently and is well-suited for a candidate with strong analytical, research, and writing skills. This role can be fully remote anywhere in the United States, but this person must hold an ACTIVE CALIFORNIA BAR ADMISSION. Responsibilities: • Handle federal court cases, utilizing strong analytical and research skills. • Conduct independent management of matters requiring legal expertise. • Work on ERISA delinquent contributions and withdrawal liability cases. • Apply your background in employment law and financing to relevant cases. • Defend depositions, showcasing your trial experience. • Contribute to civil litigation cases, utilizing your experience and skills.
