Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer who will be based in Stoughton, Massachusetts. This role requires a competent individual who can handle a wide range of business litigation matters. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, including but not limited to discovery, document review, motion drafting, research, and writing briefs. You will also be responsible for dealing with outside general counsel business-related issues, such as fiduciary duty and corporate governance. Responsibilities • Assisting in discovery processes and reviewing relevant documents • Drafting responses to interrogatories and motions • Conducting comprehensive research and writing briefs on various legal matters • Handling outside general counsel business-related issues, including fiduciary duty and corporate governance matters • Dealing with shareholder derivative actions • Using case management software to organize and manage legal cases • Utilizing Adobe Acrobat and other tools for document management • Handling complaints efficiently and effectively • Administering claims and civil litigation processes • Employing knowledge of consumer electronics in legal processes. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer • Proficiency in using 3M products is essential • Demonstrated ability to use Adobe Acrobat effectively • Proficient in the use of Case Management Software • Experience with Conveyancer software is a must • Excellent Document Management skills • Proven experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation • Experience in Claim Administration is required • Must have a strong track record in Complaint Handling • Experience in the Consumer Electronics sector is advantageous Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
