Description Our client, a large general practice law firm located in the Financial District, is seeking an attorney for their general corporate practice. Requirements: • Corporate generalist. • Public company securities experience a plus. • Must be admitted to the NY Bar. • Smart, excellent judgment and analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal, management and administrative skills. The position is hybrid in-office and remote. We are not interested in anyone wanting full remote. Requirements • Applicant must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Must be admitted to the state bar, or eligible for admission. • At least one year of experience as a practicing attorney or lawyer. • Specialization in Corporate Law is required. • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • High level of professionalism and ethical standards. • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Knowledge of legal research tools and platforms. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and mediate effectively.
