Description We are seeking an attorney experienced with commercial real estate leases. Our client is based in Southern California and open to attorneys with a CA bar active and in good standing working remote from any location in the US. This short term contract engagement will focus on reviewing and abstracting commercial leases under the direction of experienced attorneys and their clients. Responsibilities: • Review and assess commercial real estate leases • Abstract lease agreements, ensuring all key details are accurately reported • Utilize commercial leasing expertise to provide insightful analysis • Collaborate with team members to ensure all lease agreements are in accordance with legal regulations • Utilize skills in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, Lease Abstracts, and Lease Agreements to ensure accurate and efficient operations. Requirements • The role requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an Attorney/Lawyer • Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate is mandatory • Experience in Commercial Leasing is a must • Familiarity with Lease Abstracts is crucial for this role • A strong understanding of Lease Agreements is required • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is necessary • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong research and report-writing skills are necessary • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are vital • Must have a high level of integrity and be detail oriented.
