Description Growing consumer litigation law firm is seeking a diligent Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will manage a variety of cases, prepare comprehensive legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court. You will also have the opportunity to develop case strategies based on the facts and applicable law. Responsibilities: • Handling civil litigation cases with precision and dedication • Drafting legal documents, briefs, motions, and pleadings with a comprehensive and persuasive approach • Conducting in-depth legal research to support case strategies • Preparing clients and witnesses for depositions and court hearings • Developing strategic case strategies based on the facts and existing laws • Representing clients in court during trials and negotiating settlements on their behalf • Utilizing legal software and technology to manage caseload effectively • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Civil Litigation processes and procedures • Experience in handling client complaints effectively and professionally • Familiarity with Plaintiff Litigation, with a focus on representing the party bringing a lawsuit • Demonstrated expertise in conducting Depositions, including the ability to question witnesses effectively • Proven track record in managing Trials, from preparation to execution and follow-up • Strong skills in Legal Research, with the ability to use various resources and tools for case preparation • Experience in Arguing Motions in court, presenting arguments and evidence convincingly • Ability to Draft Motions effectively, with a focus on clarity, brevity, and persuasiveness Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
