To manage a portfolio of accounts, manage the relationships with liquidators and attorneys and monitor legal fees.Drive significant growth and profitability in the context of cost management and payouts.Manage cost efficiencies by monitoring monthly payout targets and year on year growth of the Region.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members.Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.Deliver an exceptional client experience that exceeds customers and stakeholders' expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions and communication.Comply with governance in terms of legislative, regulatory and audit requirements.Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.Monitor the implementation of relevant policies and procedures and report on exception.Manage registrations to ensure that the percentage registered to pipeline is achieved.Replies for the CMT report to be effectively followed up and NTU 's to be followed up to saving the deal MIS Hunter Register, Hogan, NAS to be updated on a daily basis.Track that processes conform to the Service Level Agreement between Group and Service Providers.Manage personal development to increase own skills and competencies.Job Details
