Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney Recruiter in Dallas, Texas. The role will be central to the growth and development of our team, with a focus on the legal industry. The job will entail interacting with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the growth of our services.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and expanding our client base and creating new business opportunities.
• Introducing our services to new and existing clients through various mediums such as video, telephone, and in-person meetings.
• Recruiting, evaluating, and placing legal professionals in positions within our client companies.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local legal community.
• Leveraging legal industry experience to manage and grow the business.
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. Requirements
• Proven experience in legal recruiting, ideally within a legal setting.
• Familiarity with legal terminology.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to interpret and understand legal job descriptions and requirements.
• Experience with conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making recommendations.
• Understanding of legal industry hiring practices and trends.
