About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Workers' Compensation Attorneys. These position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in workers' compensation law to assist injured workers in obtaining the benefits they deserve. The position is remote-friendly, allowing you to work from anywhere in California.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal representation to injured workers in workers' compensation claims Conduct thorough investigations of workers' compensation cases Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and appeals Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and employers Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of California Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law Strong understanding of California workers' compensation laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
