Audio Video Account Manager
Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.Understand client needs, goals, and challenges, and work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improving their outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to clients.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to anticipate opportunities and challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Experience in [industry or specific market segment] is desirable but not required.
