Introduction to the role
Join our IT End User Service team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the AV experience across our global meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and working environments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll take charge of improving and innovating solutions that directly impact how our employees connect, collaborate, and communicate. You’ll work with cutting-edge AV platforms, ensure seamless integration, and help drive the evolution of workplace technology.
Role and responsiblities
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
Driving continuous improvement: Own and execute enhancements to our AV services, making sure our solutions are always evolving to meet user needs.End-to-End ownership: Take charge of implementing functional demands prioritized by the Product Owner, delivering impactful results in iterations.Collaboration and standardization: Work closely with stakeholders, corporate real estate teams, and construction partners to ensure smooth deployment of AV systems globally. Lead efforts in standardizing and automating services for maximum efficiency.Cross-functional collaboration: Actively engage with DevOps teams and other departments to ensure services are integrated and stable across the organization.The tech-stack you will work with:
Microsoft Tools: Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, Office 365.AV Hardware & Platforms: Poly, Logitech, Sennheiser, Biamp, Crestron, Samsung, and more.Education and experience
Experience: Solid background in enterprise IT environments, especially around AV technology and infrastructure.Skills: High-level social, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Tech expertise:Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.Knowledge of AV hardware/software, firewall rules, and datacenter management.Strong focus on security best practices.Certifications: Microsoft 365 certification (preferred), Agile/SAFe certification (a plus).Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Poly solutions, deep understanding of security protocols, GDPR basics, and a strong automation mindset.Skills
