Skills
Proficient in the configuration and operation of audio visual equipment including but not limited to: projectors, LCD displays, sound mixers, wireless and wired microphone systems, amplifiers, video/web cameras, DSPs, video switches, media recorders, and touch panel displays.Proficient in the use of multiple software platforms including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Quicktime and VLC player. Proficient in current VTC applications including WebEx and Microsoft Teams.Experience using Crestron, Extron, and other corporate audio/visual solution manufacturers and equipment.High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills. This includes a heightened sense of customer focus at all times to include the AV team as well as internal and external clients.Skill in oral and written communication.Skill in data analysis and interpretation.Physical Requirements

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates use, maintenance, and scheduling of audiovisual equipment.Maintains inventory of audiovisual equipment. Secures Medical Center property against theft and/or damage.Sets up audiovisual equipment including but not limited to: PCs, laptops, projectors, LCD displays, web/audio/video conferencing solutions, and sound equipment. Serves as the onsite technical support for all events/meetings taking place in the GBMC Conference Center. Performs routine repairs, cleans and maintains audiovisual equipment and arranges for major repairs as necessary.Maintains conference reception area schedule monitor.Coordinates the scheduling of meeting rooms Microsoft Outlook.Maintains statistics on audiovisual equipment usage.Completes quality assurance walkthroughs prior to all meetings/events to ensure proper equipment functionality and setup.All roles must demonstrate GBMC Values:

$18.86 - $28.30Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
