Summary: The Audio/Visual Technology - Specialist will be proficient in Zoom and audio/visual technologies used to support virtual meetings necessary to support the Program Lead in virtual meetings using Zoom to organize break-out sessions, taking attendance, conducting polls, facilitating Zoom chat conversations, assisting with participant technology issues and providing technical support, as well as escalating issues that need additional assistance and problem resolution.
