Determines type and degree of hearing impairment and implements habilitation and rehabilitation services for patient by performing the following duties. Lake Geneva, WI 60 Hours/2 Weeks Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conducts comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments. • Conducts hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards. • Evaluates, repairs, and performs fittings on hearing aids. • Performs VNG Testing, • Performs Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping. • Conducts follow-up evaluations for patients. • Performs canalith repositioning maneuvers. • Dispenses FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices. • Provides community service talks throughout the area and the Mercy Health System. • May be required to work flexible hours. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Doctoral Degree in Audiology Certification/Licensure Licensure as an audiologist. Completion of CEUs for state licensure.
