Amplifon has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist whose primary focus will be to support best practices in Amplifon clinics and contribute to our growth and evolution. This unique opportunity will provide the ability to work in a hybrid capacity and will provide limited coverage to clinics within a reasonable distance, dependent upon the needs of the business.

Core Responsibilities:

Review assessments and treatment plans

Review Audiograms and Verification Reports for accuracy and compliance. Ensure full compliance with CASLPO Practice Standards and requirements. Align with the prescription recommendation made by the Hearing Care Professional. Provide guidance and expertise as needed. Collaborate with the training team and local leadership to optimize processes and practices

Limited Clinic Support as Needed:

Manage the customer journey by

Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, educating on the effects of hearing loss, and providing quality after-care services. Offer personalized customer consultations on hearing solutions to fit every unique need and lifestyle. Guide the customer through device fitting and demonstration, while educating them on the importance of hearing health.

Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories in

Contributing to individual and office revenue goals. Driving local engagement by supporting marketing initiatives and managing special events. Partnering with the Client Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective schedule management and store operations.

Qualifications:

A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Masters degree in Audiology. Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body. Students and recent graduates who are completing their licensure requirements are encouraged to apply. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems.
