Specsavers are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the New Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your customers, serve your community, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.

This opportunity is an existing audiology business within a store, the role will require you to inherit the existing business including customers, store, and team. It requires an initial investment to purchase the shares, you will receive a guaranteed salary and collect profits as dividends. Your focus will be on continuing to service the existing customers and grow the store even further.

Requirements of the role

Qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist or Hearing-Aid Dispenser Drive, passion, and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture High quality clinical and retail standards Provide a unique blend of leadership, management and clinical prowess Resilience and a can-do attitude Partnering with a global brand and owning your own community Completion of Pathway Assessment during the recruitment process
