Who you are:

As a AV Specialist, you’ll:

Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding AV software/hardware problems Maintain inventory database of telecom equipment such as phone sets, headsets, power supplies, cables etc. and spare parts Assist in deployment and collection of telephone sets and other equipment for a predominantly remote workforce as well as adding/removing telephone stations on location (TTI phones) Perform monthly backups of Avaya CMS Cross-connect work in IDFs for Voice and Data Develop and implement AV and television system policies and procedures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AV equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations Advise on the purchase of new AV equipment; assist with its installation Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex AV hardware problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair as needed Document instances of AV equipment failure, repair, installation, and removal Manage booking requests for AV equipment; transport, set up/tear down, and return of AV equipment Troubleshoot AV issues using the appropriate testing tools; make repairs as necessary Develop long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future AV equipment and television system needs

What you’ll bring:

Three (3) or more years of AV experience, preferably in an organization with many audiences. Comprehensive hands-on AV equipment troubleshooting experienc Extensive equipment support experience. Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Strong customer-service orientation. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 16.05 per hour - Maximum 26.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
