Help us deliver operational excellence

As an Audit Associate within the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) team, you will be solving complex problems and identifying key areas for improvement and innovation. You will take ownership of delivering assurance and consulting services for our company globally, including compliance with ABC laws. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on project assignments to deliver financial and operational audits and value-added consulting engagements.

As Audit Associate, you will be responsible for:

Leading in assigned areas to deliver audits worldwide, including audits on compliance with Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws such as the FCPA.

Developing an understanding of processes, risks, and opportunities through research and interviews with subject matter expert colleagues

Analyzing data and processes to identify improvements to business processes and financial reporting

Formulating sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business processes

Communicating recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and report writing

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience

Demonstrate knowledge in auditing, consulting, forensics or other relevant financial or operational experience

Have an interest in Data Analytics and be proficient Excel and other analytical tools

Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences

Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions

Be able to travel internationally up to 20%
