The Audit & Controls intern will be working with both Internal Audit and Internal Controls teams on key projects during the summer months. This includes testing of company controls, performing supporting work potentially on finance/operational or DT audits, as well as assisting with risk assessment projects with the potential for ad hoc projects as needed.
Global Controls & Compliance – This department provides prescriptive guidance to the organization around Sarbanes Oxley requirements, assists in testing controls, manages compliance tickets, as well as maintains ownership of the company wide control matrix among other responsibilities. The department team reports into the Otis Internal Controls Center of Excellent.
This department owns ensuring the various Otis entities comply with a multitude of global and local policies including but not limited to: Finance & Operational (F&O), Digital Technologies (DT), Data Privacy, Ethics & Compliance etc.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, auditing, or a related field.
The hourly range for this role is $20/hr to $22/hr. We may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
