We are a premier mid-size public accounting firm with about 100 employees located in the DMV area. We have two offices in Baltimore and Columbia, MD. We deal with a multitude of medium to large entities. We have a wide range of industries that we work with including but not limited to construction, distribution, real estate, and some non-profits. Our Audit team works on a mix of financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and EBP audits. We are looking to offer fully remote opportunities for members of our audit teams as part of our benefit package. We also have Half days on Fridays through the summer, retirement and profit sharing plans, uncapped bonus programs, and out busy seasons max out at the 50-60 hour range.
We are looking to add to the leadership of our Audit team as we are growing. We want to keep the work load to a minimum as we take on new clients while still taking care of our employees. We pride ourselves on a strong work life balance while keeping the challenge for growth and opportunity for our employees high.What You Need for this PositionMust have at least 5 years in public accounting and:
- CPA
- Experience with real estate, construction, manufacturing, and distribution
- Experience with audits, reviews, compilations of financial statements and EBP audits
- Experience training and supervising staff
- Experience leading engagements from start to finish and communicating with clients on a regular basisWhat's In It for YouSalary: $110,000-$160,000 DOE
