As our firm expands, we’re seeking an  **Audit Partner**  to help us continue to build our commercial audit strength in our Raleigh  Assurance (https://www.cbh.com/services/assurance/)  practice.     In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for helping to lead the Raleigh  (https://www.cbh.com/locations/cpa-accounting-firm-in-raleigh-nc/) audit practice focused on audit compliance and consulting for middle-market companies. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of middle market commercial industries including Technology (https://www.cbh.com/industries/technology/) , Life Sciences (https://www.cbh.com/industries/healthcare-life-sciences/life-sciences/) , and/or Industrials & Consumer Goods (https://www.cbh.com/industries/industrial-manufacturing/)  (manufacturing, distribution, retail). This position will be based in Raleigh and relocation assistance may be provided. Limited travel should be expected. Your key responsibilities will include: + Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Raleigh audit practice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan. + Ensure discipline around execution of Service Line business processes and Firm business practices for the Raleigh audit practice. + Manage the utilization and productivity of professionals in the practice to achieve operational and financial targets. + Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise. + Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders. + Help drive results against budget and key performance indicators throughout the year for the practice. **Desired Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
