Join our Assurance Risk & Quality (R&Q), where we shape the future of sustainability reporting. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a critical role at the core of sustainability assurance in Switzerland, with extensive opportunities to develop technical expertise, project management skills, and a global network of PwC leaders and experts.

Your Impact

Solve challenging questions in sustainability reporting, helping engagement teams and clients navigate evolving regulations and emerging industry standards.Review and guide sustainability disclosures, coaching engagement teams on best practices for impactful results.Develop and deliver sustainability-focused training materials and events, sharing expertise both internally and externally.Create thought leadership materials and practice aids, supporting engagement teams with innovative solutions.Collaborate closely with Assurance Methodology and Risk Management teams to shape our sustainability assurance offerings and strategy.

Your Skill Set

Manager or Senior Manager level experience, or a strong background ready for promotion to Manager.Background in sustainability topics, ideally within financial services, such as Banking or Asset Management.Strong client relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.Fluent in German and/or English; French language skills is a plusProactive, fast learner with strong communication skills, open to working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
