Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with the accurate analysis and preparation of financial records for our operations. Your responsibilities will also include leading and assisting with the execution, planning, and delivery of audit engagements, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with our clients. Responsibilities: • Perform audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring that all activities adhere to standard requirements • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets • Create new processes to improve the efficiency of audits and financial statements • Lead entry level staff through the audit process, providing guidance and support as needed • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding of GAAP accounting standards and Governmental Accounting Standards • Report analysis and findings to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvements Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. • Proven experience with Accounting Software Systems is necessary. • Demonstrable knowledge of Audit Program is essential. • Experience with CaseWare is desirable. • Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Fx is a plus. • Must be well-versed in executing Accounting Functions. • Experience in leading Audit Engagements is required. • Skilled in developing and implementing Audit Plans. • Prior experience as an Audit Senior is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
