Description We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team situated in Denver, Colorado. This role is within the other segment of the CPA Firm industry, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to auditing. The opportunity provides the chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the team's success. Responsibilities: • Conduct audits within Colorado and surrounding states • Process and review customer credit applications with precision • Maintain accurate records and ensure all account reconciliations are carried out promptly • Utilize MS Excel, QuickBooks, MS Word, and MS Outlook to perform tasks efficiently • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Stay updated on changes in regulations and financial trends to provide accurate auditing services • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of auditing processes • Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and ensure high levels of accuracy in all tasks. Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field • Entry-level applicants are welcome; no specific years of experience required • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook • Knowledge of QuickBooks is beneficial • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Experience in Account Reconciliation is a plus • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to continue professional development and stay current with industry trends.
