To continue maturing our control environment, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Systems Manager/Senior AuditBoard Platform Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining our AuditBoard platform, including the SoxHub, OpsAudit, RiskOversight and CrossComply modules. You will work closely with various departments to support their audit, risk and compliance needs, providing technical expertise and ensuring the platform’s reliability, efficiency and security. **What You'll Do:** The Senior AuditBoard Platform Administrator core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Platform Administration: Manage and maintain the AuditBoard platform, including user accounts, permissions, and configurations across the SoxHub, OpsAudit, and CrossComply modules. + System Configuration: Configure and customize the platform to meet the specific needs of the organization, including settings, WorkStream, Inventories, and Dashboards. Support AuditBoard platform integrations with external systems. + Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality. + Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols, including user administration and permissions, to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry and internal standards. + Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the AuditBoard platform. + User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform. + Reporting: Establish executive reports and dashboards to facilitate analysis of data, trends and insights to relevant stakeholders. + Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures, inclusive of disaster recovery activities + Collaboration: Work closely with the AuditBoard vendor, IT, audit, and compliance teams to align the platform with organizational goals and requirements. + Upgrades and Patches: Manage platform implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system up to date. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
