Description We are in search of an Auditing Clerk to join our team in Springfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed • Complete training within the specified time frame • Efficiently handle inbound calls from members inquiring about their tax forms • Locate and retrieve tax forms using the company's systems • Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook to communicate and coordinate tasks • In certain situations, you may be asked to assign PCPs to Medicaid members using the company system.
