Auditor

The Auditor is expected to fully understand all warehouse processes to proficiently execute online fulfillment center activities and standard operating procedures.
The primary warehouse activities include auditing selective orders in the receiving, wire, and shipping departments for accuracy and integrity. Ensure compliance with company standards with area of accuracy, safety, and quality. The position is expected to withhold and comply with all Standard Operation Procedures, site specific polices, and safety/facility rules, and OSHA guidelines.
**Essential Job Functions**
+ Perform all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
+ Operate and maneuver material handling equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
+ Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections (follow LEAN principles).
+ Conduct daily quality inspections and provide counts as well as reconcile discrepancies
+ Audit package slips in the receiving department to ensure that inbound material is GRN properly.
+ Audit orders in the wire department: ensure the wire tags is document properly (order number, type of wire, appropriate footage, beginning and ending sequential, proper initial on the tags)
+ Audit all solar orders to ensure accuracy and integrity
+ Audit orders in the shipping department consisted of ensuring the package slip matches the item(s) being shipped, quantity being shipped, and FEDEX label matches the package slip.
+ Any discrepancies that auditor detected will be reported to the department and/or the fulfillment center manager.
+ Ability to work in the receiving and shipping department as warranted and follow the SOP while working in these respective department.
+ Ability to operate machinery: sit-down, order picker, and pallet jack.
+ Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
+ Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.
**Education/Experience**
+ No prior work experience required, 2-3 years of experience preferred: prior warehouse experience preferred.
+ High School diploma or GED required.
**Competencies**

+ Uses time efficiently.
+ Reacts well under pressure.
+ Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
+ Observes safety procedures.
**Work Environment**
+ Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklifts, pickers, reach trucks, push carts, and wire cutting, paralleling, and pulling head installation machines, in the manner necessary to move materials and consistent with manufacturers’ instructions and safety instructions.
+ Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including the ability to perform physical requirements, adapt to seasonal changes.
**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must be able to perform the physical requirements necessary to receive, pick, pack, ship, and move materials throughout the warehouse, including, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, paralleling wire, installing wire pulling heads, and lifting materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

**Pay Details:** $15.50 per hour
