Auditor Regulatory Compliance

JOB SUMMARY:

The Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. This position will involve conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance activities, developing and implementing compliance programs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Conducting regular compliance reviews and audits of casino operations, including gaming, finance, marketing, and human resource departments.  Analyzing and interpreting gaming regulations, legislation, and industry best practices to identify potential compliance risks. Developing and implementing compliance programs, policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks. Performs daily, weekly and/or monthly reviews in accordance with our AML Policy for NNV properties.  Investigating and resolving compliance issues and incidents, escalating concerns as necessary.  Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on compliance findings and recommendations.  Maintains accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and ensures proper record retention procedure to safeguard any confidential information.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

Experience in the gaming field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role

QUALIFICATIONS:

Literate and fluent in English             Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of gaming regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and internal control standards.  Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills.  Must be able to obtain a Gaming Card. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.  Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with casino management systems and data analysis tools. Professional certification in compliance, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering specialist (CAMS). Knowledge of internal audit procedures.
