**Job Title: Drilling Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee the installation of water, sanitary, and storm pipes. This role involves managing a crew of 4-5 individuals on various projects throughout the Denver Metro area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the installation of water, sanitary, and storm pipes.
+ Ensure safety for all individuals on the projects, working directly with Safety Managers.
+ Responsible for overall operations at the job site including meeting schedules and budgets.
+ Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding labor, equipment, subcontractors, material suppliers, and schedules to achieve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Complete daily paperwork including Notice and Dailies, JHA’s, Safety Permits, and Work Orders (Change Order Management).
+ Utilize advanced knowledge of reading plans and specifications.
+ Coordinate with suppliers and material vendors, and manage subcontractors effectively.
+ Understand soil conditions and anticipate the soil's reaction once disturbed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum five years’ experience in civil construction and pipe installation.
+ Advanced knowledge of reading plans and specifications.
+ Experience with auger boring.
+ Strong understanding of soil conditions and management.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with supplier and material coordination.
+ Ability to manage daily paperwork and documentation.
+ Strong collaboration skills with superintendents and project managers.

**Work Environment**
The employee may be exposed to working conditions that include working near loud, large heavy equipment and moving mechanical parts. This job requires working outdoors in inclement Colorado weather conditions year-round, with early start workdays and occasional night and weekend work.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Henderson, Colorado.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
