**Job Title: Drilling Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee the installation of water, sanitary, and storm pipes. This role involves managing a crew of 4-5 individuals on various projects throughout the Denver Metro area. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the installation of water, sanitary, and storm pipes. + Ensure safety for all individuals on the projects, working directly with Safety Managers. + Responsible for overall operations at the job site including meeting schedules and budgets. + Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding labor, equipment, subcontractors, material suppliers, and schedules to achieve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. + Complete daily paperwork including Notice and Dailies, JHA’s, Safety Permits, and Work Orders (Change Order Management). + Utilize advanced knowledge of reading plans and specifications. + Coordinate with suppliers and material vendors, and manage subcontractors effectively. + Understand soil conditions and anticipate the soil's reaction once disturbed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum five years’ experience in civil construction and pipe installation. + Advanced knowledge of reading plans and specifications. + Experience with auger boring. + Strong understanding of soil conditions and management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with supplier and material coordination. + Ability to manage daily paperwork and documentation. + Strong collaboration skills with superintendents and project managers. **Why Work Here?** We offer direct placement, 18 days of PTO, and a take-home vehicle.
