As a Marketing Creative Design Manager in the Aumni team, you will lead the creative direction and execution of marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement through compelling visual storytelling. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative design strategies for marketing campaigns. Lead initiatives with in-house resources and third party vendors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design projects with business goals. Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and marketing channels. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design assets. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques. Conduct regular design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed. Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership. Foster a creative and collaborative team environment.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in creative design management. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Experience in digital marketing and social media design. Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling.
