We’re looking for an Authorized Officer, Tech Engineer to:

• Provide incident, problem and event support according to ITIL standards.
• Ensure all capacity issues are addressed and applications are tested annually for disaster recovery.
• Provide environment planning and ensure all end-of-life technologies have a remediation plan.
• Assist with work driver and alert reduction efforts across the application portfolio.
• Cover both front office and back-office functions.
• Provide support for highly critical back office functions such as settlement and confirmations, regulatory reporting, and collateral valuations for various products within Investment Banking portfolio.
• Identify and build automated processes, including implementation of various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
• Build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline.
• Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs.
• Ensure stability of the production environment and confirm that only properly tested and planned changes are implemented.
