Auto Body Detail Technician
Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Open Interviews held Tuesday each week. Please arrive between 1pm-3pm. This is a manufacturing setting where customers visit. You must be dressed in long pants, closed toed shoes and have on a shirt with sleeves. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be turned away and asked to come back the following week in the required attire.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed Responsible for cutting, grinding, sanding, smoothing and “body work” on fiberglass composite parts for the purpose of refining cosmetic appearance up to standards. Work with pneumatic tools including cut off saw, angle grinder, orbital sander

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

 

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Ability to work under general supervision Job functions require exercising independent judgment on when to engage supervision on quality and production process standard questions Your Education Should Be…

Must be able to work inside dust booth environment Must be able to work in fiberglass conditions including long strand fibers and dust
