**The Opportunity**
HUB PR’s Auto Claims Service Support works closely with our clients to ensure top-of-the-line service with their auto claims with the guidance of the Claims Manager. This role maintains continuous communication with the insurance company with the end goal of closing our customers' claims as soon as possible. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and actively being customer-oriented is essential to comply with our service standards.
**A day in the life…**
+ Handles the logistical side of filing, managing, and settling claims on behalf of the clients.
+ Responsible for guiding and assisting our clients on auto claims or potential auto claims.
+ Communicates with the insurance company, repair shops, and other involved parties.
+ Proactively assist our clients in obtaining a quick and fair settlement from insurers.
+ Provide clear and timely information on the status of our clients' claims.
+ Analyze offers and/or determinations of the Adjusters of the insurers to protect the interests of our clients.
+ Provide effective, diligent, and complete service in all our clients' auto claims.
+ Ensures paperwork is completed correctly and that the claim is processed efficiently.
**What you will need for success**
+ Bachelor’s or associate degree
+ Minimum of one year of experience
+ Preferred experience with EPIC
