**Job Title: Auto Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a self-motivated and career-minded Auto Mechanic with 3-5 years of experience in steering and suspension repairs, engine repairs, brake repairs, general maintenance, and other repair services. **Responsibilities** + Perform engine swaps and transmission work + Change head gaskets + Conduct full frame swaps + Carry out deep engine work + Utilize diagnostic tools for troubleshooting + Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles + Complete repairs on brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems + Install and repair automotive parts and systems **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic + Experience with diagnostic testing and troubleshooting + Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems + Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices + Experience in automotive repair and service + ASE certifications in Engine, Brakes, and Electrical are highly valued **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + A two-year degree/diploma in Automotive Repair or related field (preferred but not required) + Self-motivated and career-minded + Responsible and dependable + ASE certifications are a plus **Why Work Here?** We are a small, family-owned shop soon to be passed onto the 5th generation, known for high-quality service and working on a lot of cool cars.
