This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret clearance.
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their SE3/SE4 contracts designing shore based Electronic Security Systems. Our team designs systems within the ESS umbrella: access control systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), and others to assist in providing physical security systems to US Navy shore facilities.
You will be part of a team of designers and drafters that work closely with the engineers and project managers other teams to deliver quality technical drawings.
In this role, you will:
Design and develop technical drawings for ESS systems. Construct block wiring diagrams and circuit diagrams from limited information.Maintain SIPH Compliance for USN Shoreside Installations.Perform self QA reviews and incorporate redlines. Perform work on Air Traffic Control Drawings in support of Serco’s ATC contract.Use Dynamic Blocks and wipeouts for ATC engineering drawings.
