Job Title: CAD Consultant - Civil Land Development Job Description Seeking a consultant to utilize CAD software to draft and design technical drawings to support various departments. The consultant will process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design and work closely with CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand the scope of work, schedule, and budget. Day 1 on the job can expect projects such as land development, single-family homes, warehouse building, and sub-lot development. Hard Skills + Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D/MicroStation + Understanding of terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes + Land development hands-on experience + Civil land development experience in residential, commercial, industrial projects Soft Skills + Ability to collaborate with team members + Strong communication skills + Time management skills Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position to be brought on perm after 12 months Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and some days remote. Work Environment Remote flexibility with the ability to earn 1/2 remote days once capable of working from home.
