Job Title: Structural Drafter

Job Description

As a structural drafter, you will be instrumental in drafting precast structures for a variety of projects including: Parking structures, hospitals, warehouse facilities, commercial office buildings, educational institutions, data centers, and justice facilities.

You will be primarily be using AutoCAD 2d within the precast department, shaping the structural integrity and functionality of significant construction projects all around the country.

Hard SkillsAssociate Degree in Drafting and Design (Civil/Arch focused)Proficient in 2D AutoCADKnowledge of Revit (preferred, but not required)Ability to read specifications and plans1 year of professional Architectural/Structural/Construction Design experience outside of schoolSoft SkillsThis role will be starting out doing 2D AutoCAD and the next promotion point would be to a 3d designer/modeler.Desire to learn new software (Revit)Self motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position 5 days a week in Aksarben Village, Nebraska.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cubicle office environment within a lively area close to restaurants and social spots. The position is strictly in-office with a high-tech setup, operating within a family-like atmosphere. Business casual attire is the norm, shifting to casual on Fridays.

Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with no overtime.

The company offers flexible PTO but does not provide the option for remote work.
