You’ll be:** + Reviewing AOI inspections for accurate, consistent detection of component placement and solder joint defects + Loading programs per documentation + Using magnification aids and stereo-microscopes to inspect populated printed circuit boards + Identifying component misplacement and solder defects to IPC A-610 standards + Recognizing problems in the operation process or with components and highlighting/communicating those problems to the technician/engineering department for immediate correction **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have quality control and part identification experience + Have successfully completed ESD Safety training and IPC-A-610 certification + Exhibit knowledge and/or skill in operating equipment used in the area + Have good communication skill + Are proficient in computer usage + Have the ability to read and understand assembly prints + Are able to train in 1 st shift and move to 2 nd shift **What happens next:** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
