Job Description:
This is a tester role that involves creating test plans and validating results. Following the monthly release schedule, this role involves:
ability to understand business scenarios of moderate to high complexity, and develop plans accordingly
creating detailed test plans and test cases
creating test data to fully exercise system functionality
executing user acceptance testing
creating and updating documentation
working closely with BA team to perform testing activities
Required Skills:
Strong business analyst skills (analysis, communication, leadership)
Attention to detail
Ability to create a test plan
Ability to learn systems and data needed to conduct user acceptance testing
Ability to validate results, discern what is not matching spec, record defects, and communicate effectively with developers for resolution
