**Automatic Press Operator – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)** Join our client's team as an **Automatic Press Operator** on **3rd shift** in a direct-hire role! Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in VAVE activities, progressive die and transfer die manufacturing, stamped tubular product development, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for a press operator with experience in automatic metal stamping and press operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate automatic presses and related equipment according to specifications. + Set up presses, including feeders, straighteners, and transfer systems. + Perform troubleshooting using Smart Pac, sensors, and controls. + Conduct inspections and ensure quality using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). + Participate in continuous improvement activities and recommend production enhancements. + Maintain clean work areas and assist with machine maintenance. + Ensure adherence to safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 2 years of experience in automatic metal stamping/press operation. + Progressive Die and Tech experience is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically and stand for entire shifts. **What We Offer:** + Competitive compensation and benefits. + A dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. + A chance to join a team committed to continuous innovation.
