Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 12:00am)Operate automatic presses and related equipment (press, straightener, feeder, stacker, Smart Pac, etc.).Assist set-up team with set up and die changes.-Perform coil changes and move material from the coil all the way through the die.Use and understand quality control instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and fixtures and record findings.Run presses and equipment at Standard Rates.Perform other company related duties as assigned.Automatic Press Operator Qualifications:
Previous press operator experience preferably in a metal stamping or similar environment. History of reliability. Add and subtract decimals, fractions, and percentages.Capable of using various machine tools, micrometers, and calipers. Mechanical ability a must.Extensive standing, recurring bending as well as moderate to heavy lifting.Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
