EMCOR Services combines the expertise of two of the tri-state’s oldest and most innovative companies, providing building automation solutions for mechanical and electrical systems in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Evansville, Lexington, Louisville, Memphis and the surrounding areas. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve automation sales goals + Manage construction & renovation market for sales opportunities + Attend pre-bid meetings & site surveys for estimation details + Develop automation project scope, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals + Maintain CRM tracking **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications: + 3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred + Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred + Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred + Prior knowledge, and utilization, of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred + Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred + Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style **Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
