Automation Consultant – Jr/Mid-Level Consultant (Mendix & Power Apps)

We are seeking a motivated Jr/Mid-Level Automation Consultant to join our team, specializing in the implementation and support of low-code automation solutions using Mendix and Power Apps. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and maintain scalable digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. You will work with international teams and be part of the local team in Argentina.

Your daily activities:

1.         Requirement Gathering: Work with clients to understand their business needs and identify automation opportunities.

2.         Process Review and Improvement: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

3.         Solution Design: Create automation solutions tailored to client requirements using Mendix and Power Apps.

4.         Development and Configuration: Implement and configure automation processes within Mendix and Power Apps platforms.

5.         Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, ensuring clarity and maintainability.

6.         Ongoing Maintenance: Monitor and support existing solutions to ensure they continue to meet client needs and perform optimally.

Requirements:

1.         English Proficiency: Must have a minimum of B2 or C1 level of English proficiency to effectively communicate and collaborate with international team members.

2.         Educational Background: Currently pursuing or finalizing a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3.         Experience: Some experience with low-code development, automation tools, or software development, regardless of specific programming languages.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

1.         Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database concepts, including normalization and SQL query writing, is a plus.

2.         Power BI: Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a significant advantage.

3.         Business Process Understanding: Basic understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or IT operations.

4.         UX/UI: Knowledge of user experience and interface design principles is a plus.

5.         Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
