Job Title: Automation Controls Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Controls Engineer who will be responsible for fulfilling project assignments, individually or as part of a project team. Assignments may include involvement in multiple projects simultaneously. This individual must be able to:

- Provide engineering detail to and work with internal drafting resources to develop drawings.

- Develop technical documentation and specifications.

- Write PLC and HMI application software.

- Configure AC / DC drive equipment.

- Develop system test plan documents, simulation code, and perform system testing.

- Coordinate with project management, technical leads, and/or end customers to commission systems.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Willoughby, Ohio.

Work Environment

This role will involve around 25% travel, with all expenses 100% covered. When not traveling, this will be an in-office career at a brand new, recently built facility. All traveling takes place at the end of the project life cycle.
